Our surgery facilities include:

Access for Wheelchair Users

We have a wheelchair friendly entrance to the surgery and a toilet suitable for wheelchair users.

Baby-Care Facilities

The entrance doors to the surgery can be opened in either direction and are accessible to pushchairs and buggies.

If you are a nursing mother and need a quiet, private area for breast feeding, our reception staff will arrange a private room for you.

There are baby changing facilities within the patients’ toilet facilities located in the waiting room area.

Hearing Loop

The practice is fitted with a hearing loop for our hard of hearing patients. If you need to use this facility then please ask the reception staff.

Parking

Free parking is available. We also have designated parking spaces for disabled patients.

Privacy Room

For patients suffering stress, bereavement or wishing to discuss something in confidence, our reception staff can arrange for a private room to be made available to you.

Translation and Signing Services

Translation and Signing Services can be arranged for patients – please let our reception staff know in advance of your appointment.

Waiting Room

We have notice boards and a TV screen in the waiting room providing information and advice on a wide variety of medical conditions, as well as information messages and reminders.
