With Patient Access a number of services can be accessed online including booking new appointments and ordering repeat prescriptions online without having to phone the surgery.
If you feel you require an urgent appointment please telephone the practice on 01902 885180 or 01902 880825 from 8.00am and our staff will accommodate you where possible. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee same day appointments, but we do try and offer alternatives which include telephone consultations.

The extended hours appointment times are Monday to Friday 6:30pm – 8:00pm, Saturday 9:00am -12:00pm and Sunday 9:00am – 11:00am.

To cancel your extended hours appointment outside normal working hours, please phone 07597 974158. Please note, this phone number will only be used during extended hours for the sole purpose of cancelling extended hours appointments.
Whilst we encourage our patients to come to the surgery, where we have the proper equipment and facilities available, we do appreciate this is not always possible. In this respect, if you do need a home visit, you can help us by calling reception as early in the day as possible, preferably before 10:00am. This will enable the doctors to plan their work.
You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. Your GP will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed.
Please bear in mind that we are a GP practice and home visits are usually allocated to the end of the clinician’s morning surgery.
Therefore, if you feel you have a life threatening emergency that requires immediate medical attention, please call 999.
Please call reception as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an appointment in order that we can give the slot to someone else.
You can also complete our appointment cancellation notification request form. This can only be used if your appointment has been arranged for more than 24 hours in advance (excluding weekends and public holidays). You can also text to cancel your appointment.

Any patients aged 16 –74 years who have not had a consultation within the last three years may request a consultation.
Patients 75 years and over who have not had a consultation within the last twelve months may request a health check with one of our practice team. If you are unable to attend the surgery, a home visit could be arranged.
We have a texting service which allows you to receive confirmation and reminders about your appointments.
To have this service you will need to register by completing a consent form.

If you're planning to travel outside the UK you may need to be vaccinated against some of the serious diseases found in other parts of the world.
We are proud to be a training practice. We have GP registrars (doctors training to become General Practitioners) and Foundation Year 2 doctors (doctors completing their basic training before specialisation) working at the practice for periods from 4 to 18 months.
You may be offered an appointment with one of these fully qualified doctors. They are fully supported by the GP partners and salaried GPs.
We also work with the University of Birmingham Medical School and are involved in the education and training of medical students.
